Many things have changed since the PLAN's victory in March of 2030...
 The
PLAN's use of a nuclear bomb on Fort Payne sent shockwaves through America, just
as the "Dirty Bomb of 2004" had done to the city of Chicago some 36
years ago. The majority of PLAN supporters, as is always the case, had no
idea of the inner workings of the PLAN or it's desire to use nuclear weapons to
cause an eventual impeachment of Al Gore, Jr. The explosion was as much a shock
to them as it was to the rest of the world.
Outside of the upper echelon of PLAN members, the American people supporting
the PLAN during the teens and 20's of the 21st Century, were not involved with
this premeditated destruction of their homeland. Word has slowly leaked
that the attack was not carried out by the Canadians, as reported by the
successor PLAN government, but that the PLAN itself was responsible for the use
of the bomb and the eventual impeachment of Al Gore, Jr. A dividing line
was drawn through the Country, as a moderate number of PLAN supporters outside
of the decision making process thought that the approach was warranted and
justified. A second civil war, this time among the remaining PLAN
supporters, has been brewing during the past ten years between the PLAN and
those outraged by the actions of the PLAN - those calling themselves "PLAN
B".
Support for PLAN B will surely grow as more information about the PLAN's
actions, before and after the bombing, come to light. The road to discover
these materials is getting harder to pass, as the PLAN is aware of PLAN B's
conspiracy theories. One by one, the PLAN is systematically
"converting" dissident's opinions of who did and who did not attack
Fort Payne. Time is running out for PLAN B, the pendulum needs only to
swing to their side in order to garner enough support to overthrow the PLAN;
however, if not done soon the opportunity will disappear as quickly as some of
the unfortunate supporters of the past.
The May 5th National Holiday (celebrating Saddam's assassination on
5/5/2004), will create a three-day weekend for workers and security personnel,
reducing the overwhelming PLAN force to levels that will present PLAN B with its
best opportunity for acquiring data and documents pertaining to the inner
workings of the PLAN. The outcome of this weekend will decide the fate of
the revolution; gather information to increase support for PLAN B and take over
the heinous PLAN minds, or become one of many ruled by
evil!!

between the two sides) to place teams on either side depending on a player's (or
group's) overall skill, overall aptitude to fulfill the duties of one side or
another, overall experience with scenario paintball and (to a lesser degree)
equipment.
