2009 SCENARIO SCHEDULE
 

ALIENS v PREDATORS v MARINES   NOVEMBER 14-15, 2009 @ MT. DOOM PAINTBALL PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE OF VENUE FOR THE NOV 14-15 GAME

PRICES FOR 2009

ENTRY AND AIR:

$40 for Entry AND air if you PRE-PAY at least two weeks* before the game
$50 for Entry AND air at the game and after the pre-pay deadline

All games are Bring Your Own Paint! or you can buy affordable and fresh paint from the field

* To help us prepare for the game, we need to know the relative number of players we'll have.  We offer $10 off as incentive to tell us you're coming.  [If a game is on Saturday the 21st, the deadline is the 7th, etc...]

TOYS FOR TOTS: 
Every November, we run a Toys for Tots game.  Entry is reduced by $20 off if you bring a toy or toys WITH A RECEIPT totaling $20+.  You can either take $20 off of the pre-pay amount or pay $20 less at the day of the game if you bring in a $20 toy with a receipt.  

PAINT (if needed):

The field's new pro shop has a wide variety of paints, all at extremely reasonable prices.

Paint selection may vary from game to game, but we try to have at least two types of paint, with costs ranging between $45/case and $60/case.  I'll try to have the paint choices and prices listed on the FORUMS in advance of the game, but sometimes we don't know until a week or two before the game.  Regardless, we will offer good [FIELD-PROVEN] paint. 

To pre-order any of these paints, please call Doug at Mt Doom or Gunner at Battle Zone, or go to PayPal.com and send the appropriate amount to andy AT 24hourgames.com [changing the AT to @ of course] with an explanation of what kind of paint, and for whom the paint was purchased for. 

GUN RENTALS 

We have rental guns available - Call Doug at Mt. Doom or Gunner at Battle Zone to reserve a rental package.
 

PAYMENT METHODS

Before the game: You can send checks* or pay by PayPal** (an online credit card processor) up until two weeks before the game [For example:  If the game is on the 16th... please have these in by the 2nd, etc.]

On the day of the game: Both Mt. Doom and Battle Zone accept cash and checks.  Battle Zone accepts credit/debit cards.
