Given the events of the past few months:
1. Games will be held at Mt Doom
2. Given past history, spring games won't be held until March.
3. Historically, this is 24hg's "dead period" (Dec thru Feb especially with the demise of Paintbowl [a personal favorite]).

Disclaimer: I know "little to nothing" (just ask my wife). Pure speculation on my part.

But, in Hoop and Ajax we trust...

Well I know I have had my issues, they have been voiced and I know that I am going back on my word here but IF we attend any of the games this year we need to have more notice then last year, I am already planned up through end of March and working into April. my guys want to play so that's what we are doing. I cant wait for a schedule, too much going on.

Yes, I agree ATL, the kids, Max, and I already have several events planned already for both spring and fall. Any games from here on out will have to fall in the cracks. We shall be running 2 tanks this year...fyi

If I can ever find a friggin' job down here, I'd love to play another 24HG game.

See here for the abbreviated 2010 schedule.
http://www.24hourgames.com/FORUMS/index.php?showtopic=3641

May 29th-30th
Modern Warfare
Two team game. Three locations on the field that are checked for points every thirty minutes. One mission comes out every hour. Some various basic role players and some unique props and game items to interact with. Missions will have multiple parts that expose players to different aspects of a scenario game. This will be a great way to introduce new players to scenario games and let you veterans get back into things.

September 25th-26th
Red Dawn
We bring back the original. All the role players, all the props, all the special missions. There will be a special twist to this game that I will reveal closer to game time. This has always been the most fun game to produce for me. I think this could turn into a regular event at Mt. Doom. To all you veterans who came to the first RD at Doom: Don't worry, we will NOT be running the final mission which had you climbing over the hill. Even I was tired after that one...

November 6th-7th
G.I. Joe
Two team game. Game focuses on Cobra trying to take over the world through various devices and plots and G.I. Joe trying to stop them. This will be the toys for tots game. We will have all kinds of devious plots and devices that Cobra will be trying to activate. Weather Dominator, Mind Control Devices, all these and more. Just remember: Knowing is half the battle, the other half is violence.

All events are at Mt. Doom in Hanceville, Alabama.
