PREDATORS

The young blood Da'dtou-di watched from his perch high in a tree as the marine landers touched down and disgorged their APC's.  He could barely contain his excitement.  It was finally time for the hunt!!  Everything the elders had told him was coming true, but now it was so much better.  Not only had the hard-meats awoken from the long winter, but now there were others to hunt!!  Several of his brothers had already been blooded, but it would soon be his turn.  He reached down and tried to operate his wrist communicator.  He didn't quite know how it worked ~ none of the young predators quite knew how the equipment worked. 

Their race had been stranded here for thousands of years after their ship had crashed landed.  Unable to get off the planet, the elders then had set things up so that they would at least survive.  They built camouflaged above ground structures for the warm hunting months and massive underground structures for the long cold cycles this planet went through.  The elders had even set up a spy satellite system that would launch automatically when the planet warmed up.  The elders had provided much for the new stock of Predators, but now they were all gone.  All that is left now is their training and their equipment.

Da'dtou-di finally got his communicator to work and signaled his hunting brothers, "Other prey is on the planet" he said.  "We will have many skulls for our trophy rack before the cold sets in."

Without sound, Da'dtou-di was aware of other Predators moving towards him.  In a few moments, others were in the trees around him.  Soon, very soon, it would be time to hunt the humans he had heard so much about.  Soon he would have his first opportunity to battle one of the hard-meats, and collect several human skulls, all he needed to do was wait for the perfect moment......

PREDATOR ATTIRE (MANDATORY)

All Predators are to wear GREY shirts.  Any Predator showing up in any other color than grey (like Woody, in pink) will be taped not much unlike this guy ;-) 

A shirt should be no more than $5 (See the forums for a place to get them at that price and support a fellow supporter).  Don't make me spit acid on you.

50% of Predator population to start at #6 - Laboratory (aka bamboo hut in SE corner of big field) or #1 - Reactor Cooling Vents (aka Tire field)

Respawn Point (Base): 

NO fixed base.  Predators may respawn at ANY location north of the big creek. 

Predator Population: 

Approx 25% of all players

Weaponry and Equipment:

Any weapon

Predators may also have any or all of the following special devices (must bring your own!):

1) Close combat weapon (Nerf device, prop, or paintball on a stick) - Anyone barrel tagged with it is dead for 2 reinsertions, or if alien, must tag actual "Hive" to reinsert

2) Cloaking device - One 26" max diameter shield, or up to 2 shields totaling 500 square inches. Paintball hits to shield are ignored, but Alien face huggers hits (Nerfs) are not!

3) Shoulder cannon/LAW rocket

4) Flying blade weapons (small Frisbee or similar flying disks) - Identical to alien's face hugger.
